Do you offer in jewels in different finishes, such as high polished silver or blackened silver?
Yes ! Please place your order and include your desired finish in the ‘notes to seller’ box at checkout.
The jewel I want to purchase is not currently in shop! Can I still order one?
Yes. Please write us and we will set up a custom order! We cannot guarantee swift shipping however, it will take at least 4 weeks.
When will your jewellery collection be back/updated?

Can I order any ring size, including half sizes?
Absolutely. If your ring size is not listed pick the one closest and include your desired size in the ‘notes to seller’ box at checkout.
Do you create custom jewels or do custom alterations to current jewel designs?
Yes. This includes casting any of our designs in different metals than the ones listed (most of our jewels are sterling/925 silver by default but red and yellow bronze and gold are also possible!). We can also set them with different stones or custom stones provided by you as long as the measurements are right. If you wish to have an entirely new jewel created just for you this is also possible! Let’s talk :)


Can I order a larger or smaller print than the options listed?
Yes. Please write to us.

Can you sign on the front/back/not at all?
By default all prints are signed on the back and not numbered. They can be unsigned or signed on the front as well, just input your wishes in the ‘notes to seller’ box at checkout!


Do you make plus or petite size garments?
Yes ! We are happy to create almost any garment in any size. We don’t have plus/petite sizes listed as standard yet because we prefer to work with our customer more directly and make sure we get it right. Please be in touch, we are happy to hear from you!

How do I know which size to pick?
Raintower follows standard European sizing and most of our garments are made with soft and stretchy material . If you are unsure which size to pick we advise that you pick the one you think is closest but input your measurements in the ‘notes to seller’ at checkout. That way we can alter your garment if need be!

Do you make custom alterations to your garments?
Absolutely, within reason – we are happy to lengthen, widen, shorten any design at no extra cost. We are also open to adding small details to garments such as pockets or a hood but as that means altering a garment pattern we do ask for an additional fee. We are happy to discuss but are thankful if you specify alterations in your order when placing it as well. You are more than welcome to ask us specifically if you are unsure.

Do you create custom garments for special occasions, such as wedding dresses?
Yes, we are happy and honoured every time a bride or groom to be gets in touch ;)

I saw a Raintower garment on social media or in the ‘sold’ category on etsy, and it is not available in your shop. Can you make it for me?
We are not taking custom orders at this time, unfortunately our work load doesn’t allow it. We may offer this again in future and will be announcing it if and when we do!

I’ve received my order and the garment doesn’t fit.
As long as the garment hasn’t been worn (only tried on) and no more than two months have passed since the shipping date we are happy to alter your garment, exchange it for a different one or for store credit or refund your garment.


When will my item ship?
In stock items ship within 7 business days. This includes original, ready to ship garments, most prints and most jewels. Made to order items, such as collection garments take between 2-5 weeks. Jewellery and prints is sometimes out of stock and take longer. This especially goes for rings as we have sizing to consider. We are a small business, we craft by hand and do not have the facilities or finances to keep large stock.

Will I be notified when my item ships?
Yes! We send out shipping notifications.

My item has shipped, when will it reach me?
1-3 business days within Sweden, 3-7 business days EU, 5-10 business days international. Please be advised that these are approximate shipping times — customs sometimes holds on to packages and there is nothing we can do about it. This can cause additional delays (especially to the US) of several weeks. This is fairly rare but not unheard of. High summer and holiday season also slow down shipping times.

Do you have a tracking number for my order?
We do not offer tracking numbers as shipping standard except for on orders over 500 usd. This is for two reasons – one, tracking is rather expensive with Swedish post, and two, not really needed. However you have the option of adding tracking to your order at checkout on etsy or requesting it via our contact form on

Do you combine shipping for separate orders?
If you have a current, unshipped order and wish to place another we are happy to combine shipping. Go ahead and place your additional order(s) and contact us to let us know; we will refund shipping overages. Include orders for both order numbers when you do so. Please note that this may delay your first order.

I have not received my order.
While delays happen from time to time it’s very rare indeed for packages to get entirely lost in the mail. If your package has been returned to us we will notify you. If it’s been more than a month since your order shipped and you still have not received it please let us know right away. We will speak to the post office and do everything in our power to make sure you get what you’ve paid for. We work hard to keep customers happy!

What is VAT?

VAT is a type of tax charged on all transactions within the European Union.
Am I eligible for a VAT refund on my order?
If you are located outside the European Union and ask for the refund within 48 hours of placing your order then yes.  The refund will be 20%, excluding shipping. You can also ask about this prior to ordering or WITH your order in the notes to seller.
